1. Account Registration & Security

  • You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.

  • You are solely responsible for all activities and messages sent through your account.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

3. Third-Party Integrations

Our Services provide optional integrations with third-party providers, including WhatsApp (Meta) and Google (Google Sheets, Google Calendar).

  • Your use of Google services via Official WhatsApp API is subject to Google's Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
  • You authorize Official WhatsApp API to read, create, or update designated spreadsheet rows and calendar entries in accordance with your configured automation rules.
  • You can revoke access to third-party integrations at any time through the account portal.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Certain features of the Service require paid subscription plans. Pricing, billing cycles, and feature limits are described on our pricing page.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise under our Refund Policy or required by law.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice prior to your subsequent billing renewal.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevSecIT and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption arising out of your use of or inability to use the Services.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, violate WhatsApp messaging policies, or engage in unlawful activities.
