2. Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use Disclosure)

Official WhatsApp API's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will strictly adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google Sheets: We access your Google Spreadsheets solely to read and write rows based on the automation flows you configure (for instance, automatically saving customer inquiries, orders, or form submissions to your designated Google Sheet).
Google Calendar: We access your Google Calendar solely to schedule, update, or check appointments as specified in your automated workflows.
No AI Model Training: We do not use Google Workspace data or Google user data to train, retrain, or improve generalized Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) models.
No Data Sharing / Selling: We do not sell, rent, or transfer your Google user data to third parties for advertising or unauthorized commercial purposes. Access is strictly limited to executing your explicit automation instructions.

To execute automation sequences, bot replies, webhook deliveries, and third-party integrations.

4. Data Security & Encryption

We implement robust technical and organizational security measures to protect your data. All third-party OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. All network communication between your browser, our servers, and third-party APIs is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services and satisfy legal obligations. You may disconnect your Google account or third-party integrations at any time directly from the dashboard under the Google Account settings. Upon disconnection, stored access and refresh tokens are immediately deactivated and scheduled for deletion.
